Refund policy

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Seller – Dronefix MB, legal entity code 306171324.

1.2. E-shop – this online store, located at www.dronefix.lt.

1.3. You / Buyer – a natural person who, under the applicable legislation, has the legal capacity to enter into transactions and who purchases goods for personal use (not for business purposes).

1.4. Rules – these rules, which set out the terms for returning and exchanging goods purchased in the E-shop.

1.5. Parties / Party – the Buyer and the Seller, jointly or individually.

1.6. Goods / services – everything sold in the E-shop. References to "goods" hereinafter in the Rules also cover services, where both goods and services are sold in the E-shop, unless stated otherwise in the Rules.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. These Rules establish the mutual rights, obligations and liability of the Buyer and the Seller regarding the return and exchange of goods purchased in the E-shop.

2.2. These Rules form part of the general terms and conditions of purchase in the E-shop, which you can review at https://dronefix.lt/pirkimo-taisykles/

3. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

3.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement concluded when buying goods in the E-shop within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery (receipt) of the goods, without giving any reason, except for the contracts specified in Article 6.228 (2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. To return goods of satisfactory quality, the Buyer must notify the Seller by completing this form. The Buyer must return the goods no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery (receipt) of the goods.

3.3. When returning goods of satisfactory quality, the Buyer is responsible for packaging the goods properly for return. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Seller instructs the Buyer otherwise after receiving the notification of return.

3.4. The money for the returned goods, including any delivery charges paid by the Buyer, is refunded to the Buyer once the goods have been returned to the Seller.

3.5. Refunds are made to the Buyer by bank transfer to a payment account.

3.6. The Seller shall not be deemed to have breached the refund terms if the refund cannot be transferred through the fault of the Buyer (delay in returning the goods, inaccurate details, etc.).

3.7. When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

3.7.1. the returned item must be in its original packaging;

3.7.2. the returned item must not be damaged by the Buyer;

3.7.3. the returned item must be unused and must not have lost its merchantable appearance (labels and protective films undamaged); this clause does not apply where the item being returned is of unsatisfactory quality;

3.7.4. the returned item must be in the same configuration as it was received by the Buyer;

3.7.5. when returning an item, the purchase invoice confirming its acquisition must be provided, and a return request form must be completed.

3.9. If the returned item is incomplete, damaged, in poor condition and/or improperly packaged, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned item and not to refund the amounts paid by the Buyer for the item or for shipping.

3.10. Where goods of unsatisfactory quality have been sold, the Buyer may request that the defective item be replaced with a conforming one, that the price be reduced, or that the item be returned and the money paid for it be refunded. The exchange and return of goods of unsatisfactory quality is carried out in accordance with these Rules and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.11. The Buyer may not return goods for which the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania does not provide a right of return.

3.12. Where services have been provided to an unsatisfactory standard, the Buyer has the right to demand that the deficiencies in the provision of the services be remedied, that the price paid for the services be refunded, or that the price of the services be reduced.

4. RETURN OF THE FPV DRONE PILOTING BEGINNER'S COURSE

4.1. The Buyer has the right, without giving any reason, to request a refund for the training material within 14 (fourteen) days of purchasing the FPV drone piloting beginner's course.

4.2. The refund covers the training material only.

4.3. The simulator licence key is non-refundable (value €19.99).

4.4. The standard return conditions set out in Section 3 apply to the radio controllers.

4.5. The refund amount for the "Without controller" package is €59.00.

4.6. The refund amount for the "BETAFPV LiteRadio 2 SE", "RadioMaster Pocket" and "RadioMaster TX15" packages is €40.

4.7. A refund is granted provided that no more than 50% of the course material has been viewed.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

5.1. These Rules are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

5.2. The Seller has the right, at its own discretion and unilaterally, to amend the Rules without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the moment they are posted in the E-shop and are binding on any Buyer wishing to use the E-shop.

5.3. The Seller may at any time transfer its rights and obligations arising from these Rules to third parties without the Buyer's consent and without notifying the Buyer.

5.4. Any disagreements between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiation. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes shall be finally settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.5. A Buyer who is a consumer may submit a request and/or complaint regarding goods or services purchased in the Store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, tel. +370 5 262 6751, fax +370 5 279 1466, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt, website www.vvtat.lt, or its regional divisions in the counties), or complete a request form on the Online Dispute Resolution platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr/. This provision does not apply to Buyers who are business customers.
